David Murphy is the Vice Chairman at CBRE, where they lead a high-performing industrial and logistics team in Central Florida, focusing on tailored real estate solutions. With over $10 billion in deal volume and thousands of completed transactions, David has been recognized as NAIOP Central Florida’s Industrial Broker of the Year 25 times throughout their 27-year career. A graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, David also played professionally in the East Coast Hockey League and is an inductee in the Penn State Hockey Hall of Fame. They remain actively involved with their alma mater, serving on the Executive Advisory Board for Penn State's real estate program.
