David Palank

David Palank is a Senior Vice President at CBRE, where they have worked since 1994, providing consultation and brokerage services across the United States and internationally. They have over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in occupancy cost saving analysis, real estate strategy development, and lease contract negotiations, among other areas. Prior to joining CBRE, David served as President of The Farr Companies, overseeing the development of approximately 2.5 million square feet of office and retail space in Washington, DC. They began their career as a Certified Public Accountant at Bond Beebe from 1978 to 1982. David holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University, where they continue their education.
