David Stokes

David Stokes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Director of Project Management at CBRE Healthcare since November 2013, David oversees capital project management solutions for complex healthcare projects, from planning through occupancy. Prior roles include Liaison for KBR, Inc. in Iraq under the LOGCAP III support contract from 2003 to 2005 and Principal Consultant at KLMK Group from 2005 to 2013, where similar healthcare facility solutions were provided. David began a career in the insurance industry as Claims Director at Commerce Casualty Group from 1996 to 2001. An alumnus of the Virginia Military Institute, David holds a BA in English obtained between 1989 and 1993.
