Dean Hunt

Dean Hunt is the Executive Managing Director for the Greater Los Angeles region at CBRE, specializing in the commercial property sector with over two decades of industry experience. They lead a team proficient in Capital Markets, Leasing, Advisory Services, Property Management, and Valuations, focusing on various property sectors including Industrial, Office, Retail, Health, and Multifamily. Dean previously served as the Regional Director for the Pacific at CBRE Asia Pacific from 2019 to 2023, specializing in national development services and industrial and logistics leasing. Prior to their leadership roles, they concentrated on Industrial Brokerage and Capital Markets, contributing significantly to the logistics, transport, and manufacturing sectors across global markets in New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. Dean is currently pursuing a Real Estate License from RMIT University.
