Dennis Schoenmaker

Dennis Schoenmaker, Ph.D. CRE®, serves as the Executive Director and Global Co-Head of Forecasting & Analytics at CBRE since November 2021, leading a worldwide team focused on data analysis and thought leadership in Commercial Real Estate. Concurrently, Dennis holds the position of Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Business School in London, teaching real estate data analytics. Previously, Dennis was the Director of Research & Strategy at AEW, where contributions supported acquisition and asset management teams across Europe. Prior experience includes serving as a Global Real Estate Economist at CBRE and completing a Ph.D. in Real Estate at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Dennis holds multiple degrees, including MSc in Real Estate and Sociology from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Hanze.
