Don Shupe is a commercial office broker with a 37-year track record of tenant representation in office lease negotiations, focusing on Class A office tenants with local, national, and global portfolios. Currently serving as a Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis since 2007, Shupe has partnered with Heath Chapman to complete several hundred impactful lease negotiations in the Triangle area. Previously, Shupe was the Director of Office Leasing at CMD Realty Investors from 1996 to 2007, where they managed a major office development and engaged with various industry boards and chambers. They earned a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College from 1978 to 1981.
