Doug Harber

Doug Harber, LEED AP, is the Director of Project Management at CBRE, where they focus on aligning capital project deliveries with client business goals. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager at Associated Bank, Doug oversaw numerous construction projects, enhancing brand locations and managing project teams effectively. With a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota, they have extensive experience in project management, sustainable design, and risk management across various roles, including Vice President at Associated Bank and Project Manager at Ryan Companies US, Inc. Doug is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Journalism at the University of Minnesota.
