Ed Moreira is a seasoned Chief Engineer with extensive experience in building and facility operations and management. Starting their career as an entry-level Maintenance Technician in 1994, Ed rapidly progressed, becoming Lead Operating Engineer in 2002 and then Chief Engineer in 2003. Across their tenure at JLL and later positions at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, Ed honed skills in budget management, building operations, code compliance, and project oversight, while leveraging firsthand knowledge of the challenges faced by operations staff to facilitate effective solutions.
