Eddy Calixte has over 15 years of experience in facilities management and HVAC systems. Starting as an HVAC Technician at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from August 2004 to January 2016, Eddy then progressed to DENS Facility Services, where responsibilities include Facilities Manager and Facilities Maintenance Technician from January 2018 to the present. Currently, Eddy holds the position of Building Engineer at CBRE since September 2024. Eddy has a degree in Building Automation from the Johnson Controls Institute.
