Ellen Li is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment, tenant representation, and corporate advisory. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at PAG, focusing on real estate investments in Greater China, where they were involved in underwriting, business development, and asset management. Ellen served as a Director and later a Senior Director at CBRE from 2014 to 2022, specializing in office services and consulting across various facets of real estate. They also gained foundational experience in corporate services at JLL from 2005 to 2006. Currently, Ellen is pursuing an MSc in Real Estate at The University of Hong Kong and a BBA with joint majors in Finance and Economics at Simon Fraser University.
