Eran Singer

Eran Singer, MAI, is the Vice President at CBRE, Inc., where they specialize in the appraisal and valuation of all types of commercial real estate, particularly hotels. They have held significant roles at previous firms, including Manager of Real Estate Valuation at Stout Risius Ross, Inc., and Consulting and Valuation Analyst at HVS International. With a background that includes positions at Landauer Associates and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Eran is a certified general real estate appraiser in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. They earned their degree from Wayne State University between 2002 and 2005.
