Fiona Cullearn

Fiona Cullearn is a Senior Director at CBRE UK with over 20 years of experience in retail real estate and portfolio optimisation. Having begun their career as a Graduate Surveyor at Insignia Richard Ellis, Fiona subsequently worked as a Lease Consultancy Surveyor at Dalgleish before joining CBRE in 2005. Currently, Fiona leads the Haleon Global Account and has co-founded the Strategic Retail team, managing a high-performing group and delivering significant revenue growth. As a Fellow of the Leaders Plus Fellowship, Fiona is dedicated to advancing inclusive leadership practices while actively contributing to initiatives that promote mental health in the workplace. Fiona holds a BSc Hons in Land Management from Reading University.
