Gary Bebout is a graduate of Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro, where they earned a degree in Industrial Electrical Maintenance. They began their career in the US Navy as a Boiler Technician from 1990 to 1992 and later held various roles, including a solid waste driver for the City of Murfreesboro from 2001 to 2017 and a facilities maintenance technician at HBC Inc. from 2017 to 2018.
