Gemma Brant

Gemma Brant is an Executive Director within Occupier Accounts (Advisory & Transactions) at CBRE UK, where they lead global corporate occupier relationships, focusing on the Industrial & Logistics sector. Gemma has held multiple significant roles, including Global Alliance Director for a logistics company and EMEA Transaction lead for major accounts such as Novartis and HSBC. They began their career as the Group Property Surveyor at Pendragon PLC and later served as a Registered Property Receiver. Gemma holds a BSc in Geography and Business Management from Loughborough University and a Master's in Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Currently, they co-chair the Family Network at CBRE, promoting family-friendly policies and resources.
