Graeme Bolin

Graeme Bolin is an accomplished Executive Director at CBRE Asia Pacific, a position held since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing the Variable Transaction Management Team and leading the development of CBRE's Occupier business in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Graeme served as Senior Director and Director within CBRE, contributing to advisory and transaction efforts, while also managing key accounts such as Diageo Plc during a tenure at CBRE UK from August 2006 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes working as an Asset & Leasing Surveyor at Legal & General Investment Management. Graeme holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Macquarie University.
