Greg Greene

Greg Greene is an Executive Vice President at CBRE, specializing in financing large commercial properties across the U.S. from the Dallas office. With experience as a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Greene co-led a team that financed over $10 billion in commercial real estate since 2017. Prior to CBRE, Greene served as a Senior Manager at EY, where significant accomplishments included structuring and financing over $1.5 billion in synthetic leases. Greene holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama, where they graduated with honors.
