Guy A. Metcalfe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment banking, having retired as a Managing Director from Morgan Stanley on January 31, 2024, after nearly 34 years with the firm. They led the Morgan Stanley real estate investment banking business for two decades, completing over $850 billion in transactions. Currently, Guy serves on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including CBRE Group, Inc., Prologis, Inc., and RioCan REIT, while also fulfilling the role of Co-Chair at the Child Mind Institute. They are a Vice Chairman Emeritus of Schools That Can and have been actively involved in various philanthropic efforts focused on education and mental health. Guy earned an Honors B.A. in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario in 1990.
