Haley McGarity

Haley McGarity is the Global Senior Director of People at CBRE, where they oversee human resources initiatives. Previously, Haley served in various HR business partner roles at companies such as Fitch Ratings, Munich Re, and Prudential Assurance between 2014 and 2020. Haley began their career as an HR Graduate at BT Global Services and spent a brief period teaching English at Qingdao Number Two Middle School in 2003. They hold a BA in History from the University of Durham and an MCIPD from BPP.
