Jacob Hamlin

Jacob Hamlin is currently a Vice President at CBRE in the Advisory and Transaction Services group, specializing in representing corporate clients in the office and industrial sectors. Jacob focuses on account management, providing tailored real estate solutions for clients globally. Since joining CBRE, Jacob has successfully executed over 1.3 million square feet of lease and sale transactions, with a total value exceeding $250 million. Prior to CBRE, Jacob worked as an Analyst at OneAccord, where they provided sell-side M&A representation for companies preparing for business transitions. Jacob is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at Seattle Pacific University, alongside studying Mechanical Engineering at Gonzaga University.
