James Day is currently the Assistant Chief Engineer at CBRE, where they oversee shift operations and chiller plant management for the World Trade Center's infrastructure. Since 2021, James has focused on optimizing operational efficiency through innovative solutions, including the Hudson River Water Pump Station.
