James Maynard

James Maynard possesses a diverse background in property management and military experience. Serving in the British Army from September 2003 to June 2014, James held various roles, including Infantry and ground crew, and managed facilities and contractor relations. Following military service, James transitioned to the property sector, holding positions such as Assistant Manager at Masterfix Gb Limited, where responsibility included managing PPM for extensive client locations, and Assistant Estate Manager at Broadgate Estates, supporting operations for a large, multi-million-pound site. James further enhanced expertise as Facilities Manager at JLL and now serves as General Manager at CBRE, with additional experience as Senior Property Manager at Savills.
