James Millon is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate. Beginning his career as an Associate at MMA Realty Capital from April 2006 to March 2007, James supported the underwriting of diverse real estate investments. Subsequently, James served as Vice President at Societe Generale from March 2007 to August 2012, where responsibilities included CMBS origination and asset management. At Deutsche Bank from August 2012 to July 2016, James held the position of Director, successfully originating and structuring over $10 billion in commercial real estate loans. Most recently, James has held multiple high-level roles at CBRE, including Group President & Co-Head of Capital Markets for the U.S. and Canada, demonstrating leadership in debt and structured finance. James holds a BS in Finance/Economics and an MBA in Investment Management/Corporate Finance from Penn State University.
