James Trimm

James Trimm is a retired professional with extensive experience in project and facilities management, as well as organizational development. They served as a Senior Consultant at P3 Advisors from 2000 to 2003, and later held the position of General Manager, Project Management Canada at SNC-Lavalin ProFac, where they led significant organizational restructuring and increased profits significantly.
