Jeff Eckert

Jeff Eckert is a cybersecurity and risk management leader with over 20 years of experience driving enterprise initiatives in data protection and compliance. They have held several pivotal roles, including Manager of Insider Threat & Cyber Investigations at AIG and Commander of the Cyber Crime Division at the Texas Attorney General's Office. Eckert served as the Director of Cybersecurity at Briggs & Veselka Co. and as Digital Forensics & Incident Response Lead at bp. Currently, they are the Director of the Global Cyber Security Office at CBRE, overseeing a team focused on insider risk management, data protection, and digital forensic investigations. Eckert is also pursuing degrees in Insider Threat Program Management from Carnegie Mellon University and Behavioral Science from the University of Virginia.
