Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is currently the Senior Vice President at CBRE, where they co-lead the Data Center Valuations Practice. Previously, they served as the Executive Managing Director and Mid-Atlantic Area Lead for Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield from 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Managing Director and also served as the Executive Managing Director/Southeast Area Leader. Jeff earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Boston College between 1989 and 1993.
