Jesse Derkx is currently the Director of EMEA Flex at CBRE, specializing in Flexible Office Advisory and Leasing. With a diverse background in marketing, account management, and property leasing, they have held various roles including Head of Sales at OneCoWork and Head of Rental Department at ADDRESS PROPERTIES. Jesse's entrepreneurial spirit led to co-founding Grasso, a design store and creative platform in Barcelona, and they have accumulated valuable experience through internships in advertising and neuromarketing. Jesse holds a Master's degree in Travel Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising, Marketing, and Communication.
