Jiayi Lim

Jiayi Lim is a seasoned Transaction Manager currently serving as a Senior Manager at CBRE since 2024. Prior to this role, Jiayi worked at Raffles Quay Asset Management as an Asset Management Executive and later as an Asset Manager from 2015 to 2023. Jiayi also gained experience as an Intern at the Housing and Development Board and the Building and Construction Authority in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Jiayi holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore, which was completed in 2014, and served as a Marketing Executive at Cushman & Wakefield from 2014 to 2015.
