Jim Bingham is the Global Director of SMW Projects and CAD for the GSK Account at CBRE. They have extensive experience in facility management and engineering, having led projects at notable companies such as BASF and Glaxo Smith Kline. Their previous roles included Maintenance Manager at BASF and Sr. Facilities Manager at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an Associate degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from Lehigh County Community College.
