Jim Pfitzinger

Jim Pfitzinger is the Senior Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at CBRE Capital Markets, where they excel in connecting multifamily investors to capital through the execution of Freddie Mac SBL Loans. Since joining CBRE in 2013, they have led talented teams to achieve significant milestones, including the origination of $12.5 billion in multifamily loans for Freddie Mac in 2017. Pfitzinger's extensive experience includes roles at GE Capital and Stearns Bank, where they served as Chief Risk Officer and in various risk management positions. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Missouri State University, earned between 1985 and 1988.
