Joel McGrath

Joel McGrath is a seasoned property industry executive with over 20 years of experience in compulsory purchase, valuation, property management, and agency roles. They began their career as a Commercial Property Manager and Sales & Leasing Executive, later becoming a Registered Valuer in 2007 and holding various positions including District Valuer at NSW Land & Property Information and Senior Valuation Services Manager at the NSW Department of Industry. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Compulsory Purchase at CBRE in London, advising on significant infrastructure projects in the UK. Joel's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business (Property) with Distinction from the University of South Australia and advanced qualifications in Property Valuation.
