John Gilbert

John Gilbert is a Research Data Scientist at CBRE based out of the Atlanta office, where they manage commercial real estate pipeline data and assist in interpreting data for the annual Trends Report. Prior to this role, John served as a Data Research Analyst at CBRE, gathering data for the Hotels division, and completed an internship focusing on industrial real estate. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Truman State University, where they were actively involved in leadership roles within Alpha Kappa Lambda. Additionally, John has extensive experience as a caddie at Cress Creek Country Club, progressing to the position of Honor Caddie.
