John Grady is the Executive Vice President at CBRE's Phoenix office, where they focus on serving corporate occupiers, startup companies, and institutional owners across Arizona and North America. They help clients navigate complex real estate challenges through strategic planning and have been recognized as the Phoenix Occupier Broker of the Year from 2022 to 2024. Prior to CBRE, John served as a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield and contributed to the development of Convoy Technologies as a founding member. They are an alumnus of Loyola High School of Los Angeles.
