John Lenio is the Executive Vice President at CBRE and one of the founding principals of the firm’s Location Incentives group, which specializes in securing economic and tax incentives for corporate clients across the U.S. and Canada. Since joining CBRE in 2005, John has secured incentive packages valued over $1.7 billion for numerous high-profile companies. They also serve as a Senior Vice President and Economist, bringing extensive expertise from previous roles, including GDS Technical Analyst at Best Western Hotels and Economic Analyst at Elliot D. Pollack & Company. John holds a BS in Economics from Arizona State University, completed in 1999, and is recognized as a sought-after speaker and expert in site selection and economic development.
