John Rowlands

John Rowlands is currently the Director of International Business at CBRE, where they provide valuation, portfolio, and investment advice for international banks and companies in Portugal. Previously, they served as a Senior Valuation Surveyor at DTZ, focusing on property valuation for a variety of asset types across the UK. They also held several roles at CBRE from 2011 to 2014, culminating in their position as Associate Director. John began their career as a Commercial Agency Surveyor at DM Hall Chartered Surveyors, specializing in property negotiations and acquisitions. They hold a Bachelor of Land Economy (Hons) in Surveying from the University of Aberdeen and an Executive Masters in Sustainability Studies from the MIT Portugal Program.
