John Ryan has extensive experience in land planning and real estate, with a career spanning several decades. Starting as a Land Planner at the Governor's Office of Economic Planning and Development in 1983, John provided assistance to rural communities in Arizona and coordinated graphic publications for the Governor. Following this role, John worked as a Consultant at Mountain West Research, where significant contributions included the creation of the first quarterly office market report for the Phoenix metro area and the completion of numerous market studies.
