John Shlesinger is the Vice Chairman in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier practice and leads the Atlanta Consulting Group, providing strategic planning, financial structuring, and transaction management services to occupier clients. With over 35 years of experience alongside business partner Sam Holmes, they have completed more than 2,300 transactions totaling over $19 billion in value. John has been involved in a broad range of real estate requirements, serving diverse clients from Fortune 500 corporations to startups. A sixth-generation Atlantan, John contributes to the community as a board member of the Atlanta History Center and Oakland Cemetery. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration at The University of Georgia.
