Jonathan Adams

Jonathan Adams is a specialist in shopping centre and outlet centre valuations, serving as a valuation adviser to landlords of UK retail property and a RICS Registered Valuer. They held the position of Senior Director of Retail Valuation at CBRE from 2006 to 2005, where they advised REITs, banks, property companies, and international investors on real estate valuation across the UK and Europe. Prior to that, they worked as a Surveyor in Valuation and Asset Management, and as a Valuation Surveyor at Atisreal. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Land Management from The University of Reading from 1998 to 2001.
