Justin Carty

Justin Carty is the Executive Director of CBRE's Residential Investment Advisory Team, where they lead initiatives to deliver housing-led projects and provide advisory services in the affordable housing sector. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Senior Director at CBRE and was instrumental in founding the Multi-Cultural Network, now known as REACH, championing diversity and inclusion within the organization. Their experience includes significant contributions to the London Borough of Southwark as a surveyor, where they specialized in valuations and major regeneration projects. Justin earned a degree in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of the West of England.
