Keith Posner

Keith Posner has over three decades of experience in training and development, beginning a professional career at Nationwide Building Society and later serving as Training Manager at Allianz Insurance. In 1995, Keith co-founded Positive Perspective Limited UK, specializing in Executive Coaching and tailored Personal and Management Development training programs. Additional roles include Trustee at the John Ede Trust, Mentor for the Princes' Trust, and Managing Director at W&S Turville Limited, where all assets were successfully returned to shareholders. Keith has also contributed as a trainer for various ILM programs across multiple organizations, including CBRE, Mitie PLC, and ACC Aviation. Educational credentials include an LLB Hons in Law from Aberystwyth University.
