Kitty began as a Conference Booking Consultant at NYS Corporate Ltd from 2009 to 2011, followed by a position as Meetings and Events Sales Executive at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels in 2011. From 2012 to 2016, they served as the Global Head of FDI at Conway, Inc., and later worked as Marketing & Events Manager at Rydges Hotels & Resorts. Kitty held multiple roles at CBRE from 2015 to 2018, culminating as Director of Location & Talent Advisory EMEA.
