Krissy Steele, MBA, is a distinguished leader in payroll and finance with over 16 years of experience across various financial sectors, including tax compliance and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Payroll for CBRE, Krissy manages payroll functions for over 45,000 employees and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Previously, Krissy held roles such as Accounting Manager at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Tax Compliance Officer II at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, where innovative leadership and productivity improvements were consistently recognized.
