Kyle Kenyon is a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Atlanta, specializing in office leasing and marketing within the city's urban core. They have over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, having worked with notable firms such as Cushman & Wakefield and Cousins Properties. Kyle represents iconic properties including Ponce City Market and 191 Peachtree, while also contributing to the National Leasing Advisory Board at CBRE. A proud graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Kyle remains actively involved in the Atlanta commercial real estate community and has received accolades such as the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2019 Commercial Real Estate Up and Comer. Outside of work, they enjoy coaching and traveling with family.
