Kyle Schoppmann

Kyle Schoppmann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various industries. Currently serving as President for the Mid-Atlantic region of CBRE's Advisory business, Kyle oversees a team of over 600 employees, focusing on strategic direction and growth. As a Founding Member of Chief, a network aimed at advancing women into leadership roles, Kyle contributes to fostering female empowerment in senior positions. Prior experience includes significant roles at IBM Global Services, where responsibilities involved leading teams in change management and sales strategy, and at Dow Chemical, where Kyle developed a foundation in sales and marketing. Academically, Kyle holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Duke University.
