Lee Bruce is the Head of Valuation for the UK and Ireland at CBRE and a member of the UK Management team. They have held this role since 2005, previously serving as Executive Director and leading initiatives in Fund Valuation and Renewables. Lee has a robust background in real estate, having worked in commercial banking at Allied Irish Bank and in commercial agency at Campsie & Co during their studies at Oxford Brookes University. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Swansea University and an MSc in Real Estate Management, along with a recent qualification in Sustainable Real Estate from the University of Cambridge.
