Lee Clyburn

Lee Clyburn is the Executive Vice President at CBRE, bringing 26 years of experience in the Triangle's commercial real estate industry, with over $2 billion in transactions completed. Lee has worked extensively with private companies, governmental agencies, law firms, entrepreneurs, and institutional investors, and has successfully completed over 2 million square feet of life science transactions in recent years. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Vice President at Avison Young and a Legislative Liaison for the North Carolina Department of Commerce. Lee holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
