Mark Fair

Mark Fair is the Vice Chairman at CBRE Hotels, where they have represented numerous institutional clients in the disposition of over 2,000 hotels totaling in excess of $14 billion since 2021. Previously, they were a founding partner at Thompson Calhoun Fair and served as Senior Vice President at Westinghouse Credit Corporation, managing a $3+ billion hospitality asset management practice. Mark also held the position of Senior Managing Director at JLL from 2005 to 2020, co-heading the national select service investment sales platform. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Georgia State University.
