Mark Hawks is a Senior Vice President in CBRE Atlanta’s Landlord Representation Group, specializing in the representation of institutional and private owners of industrial buildings, land, and business parks. Over the past decade, they have been involved in more than 280 industrial lease or sale transactions exceeding $350 million in value. Before joining CBRE in 2013, Mark worked at Resource Real Estate Partners for seven years, focusing on landlord representation and sourcing private equity deals. Their earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Leasing at Oakmont Industrial Group and working for eight years at King Industrial Realty in Atlanta. Mark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
