Mark Symonds is a seasoned professional with a background in Building Surveying, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Greenwich, completed in 1987. Mark gained initial experience as a Building Surveyor during a year-long work placement at Legal & General in 1986-1987. Since joining CBRE in 1988, Mark has progressed to the role of Senior Director CBRE PJM/BC and Head of Quality Risk Management UK&I, qualifying as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1989 and accumulating extensive expertise in Project Management and Building Surveying.
