Mat Perry

Mat Perry is currently the Director of NSW/ACT - Residential Valuations at CBRE, where they oversee the business’s independent property valuations and advisory solutions. They have held various valuation roles, including Property Valuer and Associate Director, at several companies, including Russell & Fairfax, Herron Todd White, and RPG Properties Ltd. Mat earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Property Studies from The University of Queensland and completed their high school education at Brisbane Boys College.
