Matt Klauer

Matt Klauer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CBRE since April 2022, Klauer previously held the position of Managing Director at Greystone & Co. from December 2012 to April 2022. Prior to that, Klauer was the Owner of Wykeham Rise LLC from April 2008 to December 2012 and worked as an Associate at Eurohypo AG from 2004 to 2006. Klauer earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Columbia Business School between 2002 and 2004 and completed undergraduate studies at Georgetown University from 1995 to 1998.
